Navadhanya

Navadhanya is an Indian fine dining restaurant at 70 Newmarket Road. Its website says it was launched by a team who wanted to offer something quite different from traditional Indian restaurant food in Cambridge, with a "Royal Indian dining experience with a fresh twist on traditional meals". It marked its tenth anniversary in 2024, having opened in 2014.
The menus
The kitchen takes what it calls a modern approach to traditional Indian dishes, with attention to presentation as well as flavour. There is an a la carte menu, a Signature Expedition menu with vegetarian and vegan versions, and an early bird menu. Takeaway orders are collection only, Monday to Thursday.
Recognition
Awards are reported on the restaurant's own news page, so they are the restaurant's own claims: a November 2024 post says Navadhanya was named by Forbes among the 12 best restaurants in Cambridge, and a 2019 post lists it as a finalist in the English Curry Awards. We have not checked the original listings.
