The Bath House is at 3 Bene't Street, in the middle of the city centre and on the same lane (Bene't Street) as The Eagle. CAMRA describes it as an inn of genuinely seventeenth-century origin, since opened out into one room, and its listing calls the current look among the more attractive of its recent guises.

Inside the pub

Greene King runs the pub. The ground floor is open plan, with exposed timbers, panelled walls and open brickwork. Guest beers tend to come from outside the Greene King range, and the CAMRA survey notes that one is sometimes from Milton, a local Cambridgeshire brewery. The cider choice includes Old Rosie from Weston's, per the same listing.

The Greene King page lists free Wi-Fi, disabled facilities, a dog-friendly policy and TNT Sports screens. Students can pick up a discount card in the pub that takes 20% off food and drink.

Practical notes

Food is served until 9pm on most days and until 8pm on Sundays. The pub opens at midday from Monday to Friday and at 11:30am at weekends, closing at 11pm Sunday to Wednesday and at midnight Thursday to Saturday. Tables can be booked online. The phone number is 01223 350 969.
